This letter is in appreciation for Bruce Plourde for the
service, courtesy & professionalism I received when I had my Accord for
some painting last week. Bruce knew immediately what the issue was when I showed him the
peeling on the car & didn't hesitate to tell me the Body Shop would take care of
correcting the problem.
When I picked up the car, it was immaculate (washed & waxed) and there was no
charge because the
paint was defective.
Bruce Plourde is a knowledgeable Body Shop Director and the staff is
excellent. You
should be proud to have them on the Schaller team.
